14:10 – Arrival at Warsaw Airport

• Transfer to the hotel arranged by Raffles.

 

15:30 – 16:30 – Meet & Greet with the Executive Team

• Location: Raffles Europejski, Royal Suite (202)

 

16:30 – 18:30 – City Tour

• Guided walking tour of the Old Town Warsaw.

 

20:00 - Dinner at Epoka (restaurant in the hotel)

• Followed by drinks at the Long Bar (Raffles Europejski).

Dress code: smart chic, suitable for a refined restaurant and cocktail bar. Not permitted: sneakers, T-shirts/polo shirts, shorts

 

From 01:00 – Night Out at Sen Warsaw

• Party by the river at Sen.

• A table is reserved at the club. Cost will be covered individually.

Saturday, 25 April

 

07:30 – 11:30 – Breakfast

 

11:45 - Hotel & Art Tour

• One-hour guided tour of the hotel and its art collection.

 

13:00 - Highline Warsaw Experience

• Pick up from Raffles to Highline Warsaw (53rd floor).

• Once there we will enjoy a glass of champagne at the High Garden Rooftop Lounge.

• 14:15 – Return transfer to the hotel.

 

Afternoon Free Time

• Time for shopping, spa, etc.

• If you would like to enjoy the spa, please have a look at the brochure and book your treatment as soon as possible.

19:00 to 19:45 – Europejski Grill Experience

• Culinary invitation from Chef René Guttzeit.

 

20:30 - Dinner at Gessler to experience local culinary experience

• Our driver will leave from Raffles at 20:15

• Gessler is one of Warsaw’s most renowned and trendy restaurants, known for its modern take on traditional Polish cuisine. Cost will be covered individually.

Dress code: smart chic, suitable for an evening in some of Warsaw's popular venues. Not permitted: sneakers, T-shirts/polo shirts, shorts

 

After Dinner at Piano Bar Live Music

• Let's continue the evening at Piano Bar, where a table has been reserved for our group. Cost will be covered individually.

 

Sunday, 26 April

 

07:30 - 11:30 - Breakfast

 

Morning Free Time

• Opportunity to enjoy the spa or relax at the hotel.

• Please remember to book spa treatments as soon as possible. Here is the brochure.

 

13:00 - Departure from the Hotel

• Switch to your ON shoes/white sneakers: perfect for a smooth take-off back to ZRH..

• Be ready on time for the transfer to the airport for our 14:50 flight to ZRH. The plane unfortunately does not follow “fashionably late.”

Additional Information for the team

We will benefit from fast check-in at the hotel and therefore no credit cards will be required at arrival. Please note that any personal expenses (such as minibar items, spa treatments, or other costs not included in the program) must be settled individually with the hotel prior to departure.
